I have not used this product yet, and the comments this consumer has made may very well be 100% valid, but I just read the instructions on the starter kit I received, and it clearly states the area being treated must remain wet for at least 20 minutes for the product to work, and for heavily soaked areas, the process may need to be repeated to completely remove the odor.
