Made these today and they were a hit with my family! My second time making them and I still have some tweaking to do but read lots of the comments and have taken notes. Pour over the oats and coconut and quickly mix to coat. . I will try for a little less oats next time! I’ve made these and used Quaker Gluten Free Oats and substituted honey for the sugar and used coconut oil for the butter and omitted milk.
